Orders
Upon receiving the order, if all necessary information is present, we begin working on the artwork any time. An individual preview is then prepared, based on the client’s requirements, then sent to the client for approval (or for sending back to us for alteration). Unless specified otherwise in the website, all customers are required to pay when ordering. We cannot begin any work unless the payment has been cleared. We aim at the client’s total satisfaction, and therefore put no limit to the number of previews that an order may require before being approved for printing.
Pricing
Personal-Art reserves the right to occasionally change prices and withhold special offers without notice.
Artwork
Where artwork is supplied by the client, it is their responsibility to ensure we receive a print-ready file. We reserve a right to make slight variations to the design if it is deemed too complex to be physically implemented. When supplying the artwork, the copyrights liability lies with the client.
Payments
We accept All Payments offered by the PayPal platform, Debit and Credit Card payments through this secure payment gateway. We also accept bank transfers, details of which are on the invoice. Please note that we will only start the production process once the payment has been completed. Unless stated otherwise, a full payment is required immediately when ordering.
Liability/Complaints
All complaints must be received (by email) before 2 days past delivery. After this time, Personal-Art cannot be liable for eventual changes. Personal-Art will strive to resolve all complaints promptly and efficiently. We make every effort possible to ensure all problems are resolved and mistakes corrected. In the event where any material is damaged due to no fault of our own (mechanical damage, etc), the client obliges to pay the costs of the correction. If a problem arises, our liability is limited to correcting faults to your satisfaction (which is our constant aim).
Cancellations
Once we have received the payment and started the production process, we cannot cancel any order. However, should you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. Print costs will be refunded on request, if the design is not approved by the customer. Once approved, The design is sent to print, and the Print Costs cannot be refunded.
Online Orders
Personal-Art will ensure that each order is produced to the best standard but reserves the right to supply goods which differ slightly from the ones advertised in terms of colour or size. Please beware that the appearance of the product on the screen may vary from the actual good delivered. If there is an error with the good on our part, our liability is limited to correcting the order to your satisfaction. Please ensure you take this into consideration when ordering.
Delivery
We aim to deliver the goods within 10 working days from the receipt of the order. Though, the artistic process implying also the client, the number of previews can significantly increase the turnaround. Personal-Art despatches goods via Royal Mail or other courier companies. Once the goods are despatched, we have no control over the delivery process for which, therefore, we cannot be held responsible. Occasionally there may be delays with shipment as a result of accidents, disruptions or customer’s address. We will not be reliable for consequential loss which may result from those circumstances. Please inspect your package upon delivery as we cannot accept liability for damaged or missing items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company.
Copyright:
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any image that they supply is copyright free or that the copyright is owned by the customer themselves. We will take no responsibility for any breach of copyright caused through printing an image supplied by a customer.
